Wayne is the founder and seasoned leader of the Lubbock4Rent team. Prior to property management, Wayne spent a considerable amount of time in the retail sector, serving as an assistant manager and general manager at Sam's Club, respectively. After 16 years with Sam's Club, Wayne set forth to establish a new career in property management, a career change that Wayne would soon find himself spending over 19 years.
During that time, Wayne has trailblazed the way for future property managers in the greater Lubbock area by managing a considerably large portfolio while consistently outperforming expectations for both owners and tenants alike. Above all, Wayne looks to help provide owners from across the country the opportunity to get the best return on their investment and to provide the most enjoyable experience as possible for all tenants residing in a given property.
Jeremy graduated from Lubbock Christian High School in 2017, and it did not take him long to soon find himself bringing his passion to property management. Now after years into his journey in property management, Jeremy has been able to raise the bar each and every day for both himself and his teammates to push themselves to become better.
To Jeremy, the steps we take forward each day are what contribute to us being able to take care of each of our owners and tenants in a manner that is second to none in the property management field. Jeremy's passion and drive to take care of owners and their properties as if they were his own are what help put this team into a category of its own.
Rylee graduated from Lubbock Cooper High School a semester early in 2021. After graduation, Rylee had her heart set on real estate specializing in property management, and got her license as soon as she finished school. She began her journey with the Lubbock4rent team expeditiously.
After just a few short months of working, she has become very familiar with the ins and outs of property management. Rylee enjoys getting to know each of our owners and tenants and takes great pride in helping them get the best service possible.
Armand Hernandez was born and raised in Lubbock graduating in 2017 from Frenship High School. After attending South Plains College for a short time, Armand realized he wanted to change career paths. Fast-forward one year into working in the property management business, Armand is very passionate about providing top-tier service to both owners and tenants.
Armand strives daily to ensure the quality of work is above and beyond average management while staying up to date with market changes. This allows us to provide the best service to owners possible and maintain positive relationships with tenants residing on our property.
